Location Information
The 2024 Ashe Juniper Symposium will take place at the Commons Conference Center, which is located on the J.J. Pickle Research Campus in Austin, TX. The building address (use this for your GPS) is 2901 Read Granbury Trail, Austin, TX. The conference center is also located on CapMetro Route 803. Click HERE for additional location information.
Parking
There is ample parking at the Commons Conference Center, however all cars are required to have a parking permit. All symposium participants will be emailed a free parking permit with additional parking details in advance of the symposium. You will need to print out the permit and display it on your dashboard. ADA Accessible parking spots are available in all parking lots surrounding the conference center.
Hotels
There are many hotels located within a few miles of Commons Conference Center. Check out this list of nearby hotels, several of which include UT Rates that are available to symposium participants.
We have also reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn near the conference center/Domain. You can use these links to take advantage of the symposium rate: Hampton Inn May 8-9 or Hampton Inn May 7-9. The rooms in this block must be reserved by April 25th.
